โ€” Three Programmes โ€”

Three ways to draw
your household's
map with Nestiva.

Each programme is educational and organisational. Choose the depth that suits your household's current situation โ€” from a single afternoon to a full year of maintained records.

โ€” Our Methodology โ€”

How Nestiva sessions work

01

Intake conversation

Before any session, Nestiva holds a brief enquiry call to understand the household's situation and match it to the appropriate programme.

02

Facilitated session

Structured questions, household input, and the facilitator's organisational framework combine to surface what the household already knows.

03

Printed output

Each session produces a document โ€” a map, a labelled folder section, or a reviewed plan โ€” that the household takes home.

04

Maintenance rhythm

Longer programmes conclude with a short document that tells the household exactly when and how to keep their map current.

Single-Session Family Map Workshop

A three-hour workshop in which a household sketches a small "map" of who in the family handles which household matters, where shared records live, and which family conversations happen and when. The output is a one-page printed map that belongs to the household.

The workshop is educational throughout; it does not interpret any individual situation, does not provide professional counsel of any kind, and does not represent any household externally. The household makes all decisions. The facilitator provides structure, questions, and a clear session format.

  • One three-hour session at Nestiva's Kuala Lumpur premises
  • One-page printed household map as output
  • Named roles, record locations, and conversation markers on the map
  • Suitable for two or more adults from the same household

Four-Session Records Map Programme

A four-session programme conducted over two months in which a household builds a shared records folder organised by "room" of the household: paperwork, contacts, plans, and family timeline. Sessions are wholly organisational. Households leave with a labelled records folder and a short rhythm for keeping it current.

The programme is appropriate for households that have identified a records-management gap and want structured guidance to close it. Sessions are spaced across two months to allow the household to gather and review documents between appointments.

  • Four sessions over two months
  • Labelled records folder โ€” four rooms: paperwork, contacts, plans, timeline
  • Short maintenance rhythm document included
  • Between-session logistical support via email

Yearly Household Cartography Programme

A year-long programme designed to keep a household's records map up to date through quarterly facilitated sessions. It includes an initial setup session, three quarterly check-ins, and a closing annual review. The programme is organisational and conversational throughout.

The facilitator helps the household have its own conversations about records, responsibilities, and plans. No professional counsel is provided at any point. The Yearly Programme is suited to households that found the Records Map Programme useful and wish to maintain that work over time.

  • Initial setup session plus three quarterly check-ins
  • Closing annual review session included
  • Consistent facilitator across all sessions in the year
  • Updated records folder and map at each quarterly session

โ€” Standards โ€”

Protocols shared across all programmes

Strict information boundary

Household information shared in any session is used only to support that session. Nothing is stored, copied, or shared after the session ends.

Educational scope only

All Nestiva facilitators are trained to recognise and decline questions outside the educational scope. No legal, financial, or medical information is provided.

Named deliverable at every session

Every session ends with a clear printed output. Households are not asked to remember session content; they receive it on paper.

Qualified facilitators

All facilitators hold adult education qualifications. Programme facilitators are consistent across sessions โ€” the same person works with a household throughout a programme.

Between-session contact

Programme participants may contact Nestiva with logistical questions between sessions. Responses are provided within two working days.

Programme feedback review

Every completed programme includes a brief feedback exchange. Nestiva uses this to review session quality and ensure the household found the work useful.
